520-525nm groene SMD LED zijn de meest populaire LED in groene LED. Die kan worden gebruikt in soorten projecten zoals: led-indicator, LED-achtergrondverlichting, LED-decoratief licht. Zoals we op de afbeelding kunnen zien, hebben er twee chips in de SMD LED. Elk van de LED-chips kan meer dan 0,2 W output aan. Dan kan deze voor deze 2 chips 2835 groene SMD LED 150mA aan als hij werkt. En het is 3,2-3,4V voorwaartse spanning bij 100-150mA en de kijkhoek is hetzelfde met alle SMD-LED's.
